Ingredients for Crispy Cowpeas recipe:

200 grams (0.44 lb) cow peas
5 grams (1 tsp) oil
1 gram (1/6 tsp) salt
1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG

Directions to cook Crispy Cowpeas:

1, Wash the cow peas clean and cut them into sections about 0.5 cm (0.2 inch) long. Boil them for about 3 minutes. Take out and drain off the water.

2, Place the cow peas in a basin, add the salt and MSG. Heat the oil to about 200 ºC and pour on the cow peas.

Now, this Crispy Cowpeas dish is ready to serve.
