Three shred Cold Noodles

Ingredients for Three shred Cold Noodles:

250 grams (0.55 lb) ready made noodles
50 grams (0.11 lb) bean sprouts
50 grams (0.11 lb) carrot shreds
50 grams (0.11 lb) green pepper shreds
5 grams (1 tsp) vinegar
2 grams (1/2 tsp) chili oil
5 grams (1 tsp) sesame oil
5 grams (1 tsp) previously heated cooking oil
10 grams (2 tsp) sesame paste
1 gram (1/4 tsp) MSG
2 grams (1/3 tsp) salt, or to taste

Directions to cook Three shred Cold Noodles:

1, Add 2500 g (5 cups) of water in the pot and bring it to a boil. Add in the noodles an dboil for 6 to 10 minutes. Bring them out and drain off the water. Place the noodles in a salad bowl and spread them out to cool off. Then add thepreviously heated cooking oil and mix well with the noodles.

3, Add 1000 g (2 cups) of water in a pot and when the water boils, put in hte bean sprouts and shredded green pepper and carrots. Quickly take them out, drain off the water and cool off.

3, Place the noodles in a plate, spread the three kinds of vegetables, sprinkle the sesame oil, vinegar, MSG, salt and chili oil and mix. Now this Three shred Cold Noodles is ready to serve.
