Fried Rice with Mixed Meat and Vegetabeles Recipe

Ingredients for this fried rice recipe::

250 grams (0.55 lb) cooked rice
10 grams (1/3 oz) shrimp
10 grams (1/3 oz) cooked sausage (chopped)
10 grams (1/3 oz) cooked ham (chopped)
10 grams (1/3 oz) mushrooms (chopped)
10 grams (1/3 oz) green peas
10 grams (1/3 oz) carrots
5 grams (1/6 oz) scallions (chopped)
2 grams (1/3 tsp) salt
1 grams (1/4 tsp) MSG
15 grams (1 tbsp) sesame oil

Directions:

Heat the wok, add in oil and when the oil becomes hot, throw in the scallions, suasage, ham, green peas, carrots and gently stir-fry. Now add the rice, salt and MSG and stir well till it is done.
